The fact is that the majority of our thoughts and actions are on autopilot. This isn’t necessarily a bad thing either. Our habits, routines, impulses, and reactions carry us through our lives so we don’t have to stop and think about it every time we wipe our ass or start a car. The more we think about it, the more we react, and the more we react in a particular way.
The problem is when we’re on autopilot for so long that we dont know what we’re doing or why it’s happening. Because when we dont know why, then we no longer control them (though I think you could get some good reasons to do this in the first place, like changing your mind over and over and over again). Just as a side-effect of being on autopilot when you’re a complete stranger, you no longer control it.
A bad example of this would be when you are driving and suddenly you realize you forgot to adjust your clock. Because you now know why you were driving the way you were, you can go back and adjust your clock more often, not as often as you were. Now you have to figure out why you were like that. That is called “autopilot.
An interesting fact is that in the case of auto-pilot, you do not have to think about it; you just become aware of the problem. It is not a conscious decision you have to take, it is just a feeling that is happening. You are on autopilot, and as your awareness of it grows, your control over it grows, too.
In the case of auto-pilot, you do not need to think about it you just become aware of the problem, but you know that it’s the same problem you were on Autopilot. You are aware that you have to do something with this problem, and now you are in charge of this problem.
In the case of auto-pilot, you don’t need to think about the problem of being on autopilot, you just become aware of it and now you are in charge of the problem. In the case of auto-pilot, you just become aware of the problem, and now you are in charge of the problem.
You can be in control of your own thoughts, actions, and reactions, but that doesn’t mean you can’t be in control of your actions once you’re aware of them. When you’re at the point where you’ve become aware of the problem, and now the problem is yours to solve, you can still do something about it.
If you’ve been with your current crew to do these things, and it’s done, you can see if you can let go of your current mindset and start thinking again. If your current mindset is to do something, you can. You can be in control of your emotions, thoughts, and reactions, but that doesnt mean you cant do anything.
The problem is that the solution to this problem is still, “letting go of your current mindset.” We’re not talking about making a decision to quit smoking, we’re talking about realizing that it’s something that you can quit.
