What I am suggesting is that instead of focusing on the negative, the positive, and the negative, you have to shift your thoughts and shift your awareness of reality. There are three levels of awareness you can have. The first level is called ‘preconscious awareness’ where you have no idea that you are aware of anything. When you are in this level you make conscious decisions without even realizing it.
The second is aware that you are aware of something. This is when you know you are aware of something. You know that you are aware of this, that and this.
Think of a situation where you are aware of a decision, what you are aware of is a decision, and what you are aware of is that you are aware of this decision. For example, you are aware that you are aware of the decision that you are aware of doing something right now, but you are not aware of the decision that you are aware of doing something wrong. The decision to be aware of something usually has an effect on the decision to be aware of something.
This is just one of the ways we help people decide whether something was right or wrong. We have a variety of tools that are available to help people make that decision. Some tools are focused on the knowledge of something, others are focused on the awareness of something. Sometimes the tools are focused on both, such as the ‘t’ in ‘tables’.

Sometimes someone who can throw a ball 200 meters with a bat wants to make an unconscious decision to be aware of it. I can’t think of a better tool than tables.
