My first table rule was that I didn’t own any animals. I’ve had a lot of pets and they all died, but they were always around and loved. That’s one rule I can live with.

The rule is that you don’t have to exercise and you don’t have to lose weight, but you have to take care of yourself. People with this rule tend to make better partners, as they tend to take better care of themselves. They also tend to make better spouses as well.
