The expression “express res” doesn’t mean “express yourself.” It means “express your feelings.” This is a popular phrase amongst creatives, writers, and artists who feel as though they need to feel good about themselves.
Express res is a term that came into its own in the 1980’s. People felt as though they need to feel good about themselves because, in the 80’s, so many people were self-loathing. This is a common phrase that many people feel is the best way to express their self-image. However, this particular phrase is so often used to mean something else that it can’t be used that way. In fact, it means different things to different people.
One of my favorite examples is when a friend of mine sent me an express res email one time. I’ve had several more but I’m going to keep this one because the guy is hilarious. Express res is when you feel you need to be someone you’re not. You feel like you need to be someone you aren’t.
This is the problem with this phrase. We all feel like we need to be someone we dont feel like we are. The problem is that we all need to feel like we are someone we arent. We all need to feel like we are someone we dont actually feel like we are. We need to feel like we are someone we are actually not. Its the same problem: we need to feel like we are someone we are not but we feel like we are someone we are.

Express res has a huge range of causes, but a common one is social anxiety. The social anxiety that people feel when they are not expressing how they feel can be so intense that they can develop self-consciousness. Some people have trouble expressing their feelings in words, and others have no trouble at all.
In the U.S., there is a widely known term for this phenomenon called social anxiety disorder, which is often associated with social anxiety. It can be debilitating, and so is often referred to as “fear of failure.” It is so intense that people can develop a sort of socially defined anxiety response to the idea of being rejected. The same thing goes for people who feel that things are not okay if they don’t get what they want.
