The button type reset is a good way to reset your awareness, to have your mind clear and the energy that keeps the subconscious mind in check.
I’ve used this technique myself. It sounds weird, but when you’ve gotten into the habit of doing it, you realize it’s not that weird at all. It’s sort of like turning off a light. You don’t turn off the light, but that’s okay because you turned off the light.
The button type reset is also a good way to reset your awareness, to have your mind clear and the energy that keeps the subconscious mind in check.
Its called a “button type reset” because you can reset your awareness by pressing a single button. For example, if youre on the subway and you see a cop car coming, you could press a button in your pocket, say “button type reset” and it would reset your awareness to stop you getting run over if you got into a car with a cop.
If you hit the button type reset button, you will have a moment of silence or stillness. The entire subway is hushed for an instant. You might even see someone in a car who looks like you, or even the subway station itself. It’s a good way to reset your awareness to a more peaceful state.
I know this is a bit out of the box, but it’s always good to remember to press a button if you’re in a public space. It’s the law, after all.
I don’t think I should have to remind you that you shouldn’t hit the button type reset button if you’re in a public space. This is just a good reminder.
Well, it’s not a good reminder, but it’s still a good reminder. Your awareness should always be based on your actions, not your thoughts. If you’re using the subway, if you’re on the bus, if you’re in a public place, then you should be aware that you’re doing something to prevent something bad from happening.
This reminds me of one of the things that’s annoying me so much, that I keep having to remind myself to take my cell phone with me.
People tend to think of themselves as being in a public space when theyre in a car, on the street, in a store, or anywhere else they would normally not be. But this is just the tip of the iceberg. Every day you are doing something that could be a danger to you. Every day you might be in a public place, but you don’t realize you’re in a public place.
